11/18- Rewriting

Getting it right-part1: The first step is all about gathering all your information and putting it into this great piece of work. You will have to do plenty of ruff drafts. Some you will make little changes and others you will have changed lots of things. You will have to go over and over your work to get it just right. Meaning, reading between every line.

Getting it right- part2: The thing with the second step is making sure your work makes sense. Giving every word a strong meaning to get your point across. Verbs and nouns are the most important things now. Your whole sentence has to be built upon it. It'sgoodto do a lot of comparing, quotes, and examples.

Libel: This is all about making sure you don't hurt anybody's reputation. You can say what you want but do it in a respectful way. Itreallymeans false. Don't lieabout anything, because the whole thing will blow up in your face. This can effect your writing for better or for worst.

Ethical: Behavior and the enforcement you have upon your writing are strong points. Write the truth always. Get into details about things. Do research. This part can be tricky so it's better to know every single piece or none at all.

Writing- Writing is something that can be really hard or really easy. The first thing that matters is having a good story to write about. Once you got a good story focus on the theme. It's very important to focus on that part because you want to gets the most interesting thing so people would enjoy it. When writing make sure you write everything out then go back and revise to make your story greater than before.

Getting Organized- To have a good story and to put the pieces together, organization has a big impact on your story. It's good to take a lot of notes and all the ideas you have. It's good to focus on all the strong point's of your story. It's also good to start writing out the story in your head getting it ready.

Story Structure- There's a certain way your story shold be put in. Which is in some kind of structure, like an inverted pyramid. It gathers your information in way that shows you that what should be where, and it gets straight to the point, but it doesn't give a clear ending. It's all about the beginning, bringing to readers in.

The News Lead- Part 1- The lead is a sentence that explains what the story will be about. You have to pull out all the important and interesting words and qoutes from the stroy and choose which ones to use to put them in a sentence.

The News Lead- Part 2- A second lead is mostly used in stories. Its shows the feeling of the story, the attitude. When a lead isn't that strong, it's good to make sure in about the first four paragraphs your story is really exciting.

The Rest Of The Story- This section has to do with the quotes, all the things that brings the story alive.Romantic novels brings a lot of that out. It has to make the reader imagine something that could be so real.

Tools Of The Trade- This links to your five senses. Letting the reader be the character in the story. The observation is a strong point.you have to be able to describe the character nd everything around.
